"For Victoria's Proper Behaviour" featured Chelsea as the very strict mistress and mentor to Victoria (a young spanking enthusiast named Catherine Beaumont). 
Although Catherine was an avowed spankophile, it was never clear to us whether her experience with hand, brush, strap and flogger was all she had dreamed of - or just a nightmare sore bottom!  But, looking at these photos again, we can't help but notice that Catherine looked really worried about the many stinging punishments she was about to receive.
