In an effort to provoke Chelsea, her instructor, Mei submits for her weekly fashion design project a dress with a cut-out bottom. It doesn't take Chelsea long to see what Mei's really wanting. And, she is a delightfully naughty student. Design instructor Chelsea gives Mei all she wants and more: A hard hand spanking, two paddlings and a strapping! That should keep Mei's mind on her work for a while.
